9:00am – Doors Open (Tactical Team REQUIRED)
9:30am – General Admission (Members, Alumni, Parents, etc….)
10:00am – Kick off Video Streams (I will post the link on our website ASAP)
12:00pm – Lunch (Team will Provide Pizza)
4:45pm – Parents should arrive to pick up students
5:00pm – Students dismissed, doors locked
- Saturday begins the pick up on time policy. Remember that you get one warning for a late pick up, and after a second late pick up, your student will be required to leave BEFORE dinner, not AFTER dinner.
- Parents/families are REQUIRED to provide dinner one night during build season. Remember, if no one signs up to bring dinner, we will have to leave school that night at 6.
- Students cannot hang out in the parking lot once a meeting is over. They have to leave school property promptly. Hanging out in the school parking lot after hours will count as a late pick up.
